• Heat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
• Check the temperature to ensure it is comfortably warm, not hot. If additional heat is needed, continue heating in 10-second intervals.

 For cold therapy:

• Place the eye pillow in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Drying Instructions:

1. Air Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry to avoid shrinking and maintain shape.
2. Tumble Dry: If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting. Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles.
